Safety Not Guaranteed is a new musical based on Derek Connolly’s 2012 film, featuring music and lyrics by Ryan Miller (of the indie band Guster), with a book by Nick Blaemire. The production opens at Signature Theatre in DC in March 2026, directed by Oliver Butler. Bill Sherman is Music Supervisor, Jeff Tanski is Musical Director.
